Flame Baseball: Origins
Flame Development was founded on a simple belief: with the right coaches, the right community, and the right standards — any kid with fire in them can rise.
Our mission
Develop the athlete.
Develop the person.
We built Flame Development because too many young athletes with real talent get filtered out by cost, geography, or coaching that never invested in them. Our program exists to change that — combining professional-level training with a scholarship model that keeps the door open for anyone willing to work.
Baseball is the vehicle. Discipline, confidence, and character are the destination.
